How we operate
Region 11 Training Ltd operates using a network of experienced, trusted and professional associates, where necessary. This ensures we are flexible enough to meet most of the needs of any business.
Training Programmes
Our bespoke solutions are as individual as the clients we deal with and their business. We draw on extensive experience when consulting with you to ensure that we deliver the right training package to bring real results to your business.
Design
Once engaged we work closely with clients to design a training programme around their business and business need.
Delivery
We either solely deliver or work with businesses' own internal training team to deliver the training programme.
Evaluation
As we are committed to ensuring the training delivers against clients needs - we work with clients to help evaluate the programme following delivery.
As training programmes are tailored to clients needs, both timing and content will vary.

Cost or Investment
Clients are charged on an individual basis, depending upon the nature and size of the work. Fees are agreed up front with clients, for example:
A recent Team Building programme involved two consultants due to the size of the group and nature of the day. We agreed with the client a fixed fee plus expenses and VAT.
