Damian Palin, Director
Damian thought it would be useful to actually see and know a little about who's behind the Company.
He formed Region 11 Training Ltd to support businesses and individuals to improve their performance. He's passionate about developing people and has a genuine desire to help people fulfill their potential.
Damian is a highly successful consultant who brings his unique blend of enthusiasm, professionalism and positive ‘can do' approach to his work.
He has worked with individuals and companies helping them to improve their performance for over 12 years, extensively within the financial services industry complimented by projects within the manufacturing and voluntary sector.
He has a strong background in a competitive sales environment, operational management and various training consultancy roles before successfully managing a large team of training professionals.
His business interests are management, leadership development, coaching and team development, to which he applies a truly pragmatic approach.
Damian's personal interests are the outdoors - walking, running, skiing and mountaineering. His fascination with Antarctic exploration, particularly Shackleton, Scott and Amundsen often overspills into his work with clients on leadership, management, motivation and developing teams.
